Two representatives from the University of Alberta will do presentations for students interested in undergraduate, Master’s, and doctoral programs. Ms. Danielle Scott of the U of A’s international office will give a general introduction to the U of A and Dr. Mark Loewen, Associate Chair (Graduate Studies) of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, will provide information about the Faculty of Engineering and his department.
U of A’s Civil and Environmental Engineering
Department covers Petroleum, Environmental, Structural, Geotechnical, Construction,
Mining, Water Resources, Transportation, and Geo-Environmental Engineering.
Other departments in the Faculty of Engineering are Chemical and Materials
Engineering, Electrical and Computing Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
People from any discipline are encouraged
